1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to all orders placed via our Online Shop.

2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The Contract of Sale is with BRAYCE LLC. By placing products in the Online Shop, we make a binding offer to form a Contract of Sale for these items. The contract becomes valid once you click the “Order” button after adding items to your shopping cart. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is dispatched.

A binding contract may also take effect earlier:

• For credit card payments, the contract is valid once the card is debited.
• For PayPal payments, the contract is valid upon confirmation of the payment order via PayPal.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the USA. Further details on shipping and return costs are available in the offer details or on the Shipping and Return page.

4. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

• Credit Card: Your card will be charged once the order is processed.
• PayPal: Payment is made via the online provider PayPal. If you are not already registered, you’ll need to create an account, authorize the payment, and confirm the payment order (guest checkout may also be available). Detailed instructions are provided during the order process.

5. Personal Collection
Personal collection of goods is not available; all items are shipped.

6. Retention of Ownership
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Transportation Damage
If goods are delivered with visible damage, please report the issue to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to report does not affect your legal rights, but it helps us file claims with the carrier or transport insurance.

We save the contract text and send your order details along with our GTCs via email. You can also view and download the GTCs from our website at any time. Previous orders are available in your customer account area.
