Here’s the deal — bracelets can be returned within 14 days if they’re unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging. But if you’ve cut your bracelet to size? Sorry, no returns on those. For personalized items like hoodies with your own number, those are made just for you and are final sale — unless there’s a defect or mistake on our end, we can’t accept returns because we can’t resell them.

What size should I order?
Bracelets come in one size that fits all — and here’s the best part: you cut it to fit your wrist perfectly. Easy-peasy. For apparel, check the size guide on each page. If you’re on the fence between sizes, go up one for that comfy, relaxed fit.
Is the magnetic closure on my bracelet safe?
Our patented magnetic clasp rocks some seriously strong neodymium magnets — between 2100 and 2500 gauss — to keep your bracelet locked in place. But if you’ve got a pacemaker or other medical devices, better check with your doc before wearing it.
